In-Home Personal Training
In-Home Personal training is a convenient way to work out from the comfort of your own home as the personal trainer comes to you. If no equipment is present we will bring all the necessary tools in order for you to achieve your fitness goals. All of our first time clients are offered a free initial 60 minute session, which will consist of discussing fitness/health goals and a brief physical fitness assessment. It is our goal to enable you to meet your fitness goals.
We offer one-on-one personal training as well as a small group and family sessions. We will incorporate strength and interval training used in functional and multifunctional movements to maximize your time spent training.
Too often the gym setting if full of distractions and time is wasted. In-Home personal training takes the distractions out of the gym setting so we can solely focus on you. Eliminating travel time maximizes your time with your trainer and helps you avoid the distractions at the gym. We cater to our client’s busy lifestyle and are very flexible with scheduling.
**In Home Personal training is offered in the City of Chicago and also Northwest Indiana.
Online Personal Training
Sometimes our schedules do not permit us to make it to the gym or financially we can’t afford a personal trainer twice a week. BGW also offers online Personal Training where you will have a monthly, individualized workout plan created specifically for your goals. With this option, you will have access to a personal trainer by way of email. Along with the monthly workout plan you will receive a weekly email as well as a weekly phone call checking in on progress. This is a great option for those with an unreliable schedule who want a push!
